Coal features a two-way level of support; we support you if you support us. You can search for fixes and information on all versions of Coal* in the Big Cheese Productions online support system/knowledge base. In return, we request you report any errors you encounter while using Coal. This request is made as part of the End-User License Agreement (EULA) and is the only 'catch' for using Coal. This is how we can keep it free - so make sure you help us. Report an Error - Support/Knowledge Base * = Versions prior to 2.1, titled Game Studio, are not included.
